Travel
Below you’ll find details about getting to the venue and church, parking and hotels.
Please read the entire page. LA can be a fun (but difficult) place to travel.
Airports
We recommend flying to:
LAX or BUR (Burbank Airport)
Getting to the Sheraton Grand Los Angeles
Simple. take an uber or lyft.
Or rent a car. Our city is amazing. Its public transit is often not.

We have arranged for a hotel block at the Sheraton Grand Hotel for approx. $200 per room per night. This hotel is 10 minutes from the venue.
However, LA is a huge city with lots of hotels. Please feel empowered to choose the best hotel for you! The hotel block is simply a courtesy for our guests.
Please note that LA traffic is NOT just a stereotype (unfortunately), and please plan accordingly.

A Little Downtown LA Warning…
We love Los Angeles dearly, but DTLA is definitely more “call the Uber” than “walk back to the hotel.”
Since our venue is downtown, we strongly recommend taking an Uber or Lyft to and from our reception! The venue is only 10 min from most DTLA hotels, and LA is overflowing with rideshare drivers.
Downtown has plenty of charm and personality, but some areas can feel unpredictable, and we want everyone to stay safe, comfortable, and focused on celebrating!
If you decide to drive or rent a car, a parking lot is right next to Saint Brendan’s Catholic Church for the ceremony.
For the reception, however, Downtown LA parking can be a bit of an adventure, so we strongly recommend using Uber or Lyft if you can.
Thank you for braving LA traffic, parking, and all the little quirks that come with celebrating in our city. We promise to make it worth the trek with plenty of food, our eternal gratitude, and an open bar.
Parking
Things We Reccomend You DONT Do
Stay in: Anaheim
Long Beach
Newport
Malibu
These areas are incredibly far from our venue/ceremony. The drive is almost 1.5/2 hours with traffic. We know..Disneyland is alluring... resist the urge
Take the bus. LA public transportation is less than ideal. While our new metro line is amazing, the rest of our transit leaves much to be desired.
The buses are hard to navigate and unreliable.
Walk to the venueEspecially if you are coming with children, while the venue may seem close, we would not recommend walking to our venue.
If you must drive, there is some parking along the side streets of the venue, but again, we do not recommend braving the streets of DTLA at night.
